What to Expect

Step one, you contact me—by message, text, or email. Next, I do my best to respond within 48 hours. Then, we find a time to chat for a free 15-min phone call to determine if my availability aligns with your schedule, if my training aligns with your needs, and if fees and insurance/cash payment sorts itself out. Then, if you wish, we book a full session (for first sessions I like to have a 75-minute time slot to allow for paperwork). We meet in my office and explore the possibility of working together.

Financial

Self-Pay

I offer discounted cash rates for those without insurance and also reserve a handful of appointment times for under-resourced clients. (These slots are currently all taken.) We can discuss your financial situation in our 15-min initial phone conversation.

Insurance

I currently am able to bill Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance directly and hope to add more insurance companies early in 2023.
